The Ravens' improbable come-from-behind win

The controversy in Pittsburgh this morning involves Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin's passive aggressive choice to pin quarterback Joe Flacco deep in Ravens territory as an alternative for kicking a 46-yard field goal with more than two minutes left at basketball.

An area goal would have been a nice insurance policy that might grab the game to overtime just Cheap Bears Jerseys when the Ravens scored a touchdown together with the teams locked at 23. Tomlin admits deciding wasn't a quick one. It was actually so tough, in reality, that he or she hesitated mailing his kicking unit and proved costing his team five yards for your delay of game. Now outside of field goal range, he was expected to punt. Well i guess. Was a good move anyway, right?

All things considered, one of several Flacco pinned at his well-known 8-yard line, he was just 1-4 in Steel city, and Pittsburgh had the No. 1 pass defense in your league. Quite simply, he didn't think Flacco could do it. But he did.

With one 92-yard touchdown drive, the fourth-year quarterback turned the Ravens-Steelers rivalry on its head. Not simply did Flacco along with the Ravens convince Bayless there're for sure, they convinced a slew of other analysts too.

Here's some of the roundup of the items they say about Flacco after his improbable come-from-behind win.

Former Ravens Super Bowl-winning quarterback Trent Dilfer (ESPN): Flacco thought to work well. The another thing the Ravens have already been missing in that era of football is considered the dynamic quarterback play. He's been good-hasn't been great. It almost looked like last month [against the Cardinals], followed by all night tonight, Joe Flacco said, 'I'm done with that talk. I've got gone to do well. I had visited put myself in your conversation of the greatest quarterbacks with this league.'

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): His drive was incredible, but Flacco is still not elite. It was equally improbable and incredible. So what does this say about Flacco? He's still not an elite quarterback. He is not even a consistent one. However Ravens-as well because the football world-now know Flacco normally takes over that moment of this game when he's needed one of the most. With the defense that Baltimore has, that may be enough for any Ravens to receive past that Pittsburgh roadblock and come back to the Super Bowl.

Les Carpenter (Yahoo! Sports): Flacco resembled Brady, Manning and Roethlisberger. This involved Joe Flacco, the Baltimore quarterback whose development continues to be too rapid and painfully slow, tempting with promise and damning with failure. Then again came a drive like no other drives of his football life. Suddenly that it was clear Flacco had climbed toward a peak available to names like Tom Brady, Peyton Manning and Ben Roethlisberger: one that can deliver those late, impossible victories.

Today, the things you must do is now consistent just like the Seahawks thursday.

Please be centered on Seahawks and punish them. Our defense can get better like they just didn't play excellent like Greg Olsen Jersey they always do. It had been good yet not excellent.

Guys, you realize that our offense is young , nor even have Lee Evans back yet. Image our offense inside long term. This team is set for many years.
